How much does shipping cost?

For orders over $39, shipping is FREE! For all other orders, we charge a flat $6.99 shipping fee.

Vetalogica USA ships to…

• Our carriers require physical delivery addresses, we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs.
• International -We do not ship internationally at this time.

All orders ship usually within 3 business days via FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

Refunds and Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the defect and purchase so that we may process a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
